Quotations and pricing

Prices shown on this website are standard published fees, exclude VAT unless stated, and may vary depending on the property and scope of work. A binding quotation will be provided before work begins. Remedial works identified during an inspection are quoted separately for your approval.

Our services

All work is carried out by appropriately qualified and registered operatives - including NICEIC Approved electrical work and Gas Safe registered gas work - to the applicable standards and regulations in force at the time. We carry £5 million public liability insurance.

Bookings and cancellations

Appointment, access, cancellation and payment arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to rearrange so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website are owned by or licensed to HomeCert Ltd. Third-party logos shown (accreditation bodies, client estate agents and brand partners) remain the property of their respective owners and are used to indicate genuine accreditations and relationships.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for any reliance placed on the general information on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
